Equity in Serious Illness Program
The Goals of Care Coalition of New Jersey Equity in Serious Illness Program is a statewide initiative focused on expanding equitable access to palliative care and improving how people living with serious illness understand and experience care.
Through community education and clinician engagement, this program helps ensure that individuals receive the care they need and no less, and the care they want and no more.
